For example, a video motion design requires graphic designers for the illustrations and a motion designer for the animation. A video event requires cameramen present at your event and post-production videographers. These two examples of videos are not prepared in the same way, do not involve the same teams and will therefore not be invoiced at the same rate.

The shooting

Regarding the shooting of the video, different elements are to be taken into account. The equipment needed for shooting, such as lights, micro ties or type of equipment, will also influence the price of your video. For example, the need for aerial photography requiring the use of a drone may lead to changes in prices. During post-production, it is the desired effects and the complexity of the editing that influence the price. Depending on the type of video, optimizing the shots, integrating animations or adjusting the sound recordings with the shots will take more or less time and will vary the price of your video. It will also be necessary to take into account the conditions under which the video is broadcast. For example, optimizing sound or images to match the standards of the different broadcast platforms will add post-production time and therefore increase video rates. The addition of a voiceover and the use of special effects also have an impact on video rates.
