Our photographers specializing in corporate portraits highlight the professional identity of your executives and employees. Portraits designed for your communication materials and aligned with your employer brand.

Corporate portrait photographer for employees, executives and teams.

Corporate portraits play a key role in a company’s visual communication. They present your teams in a professional setting and embody your organization through the people who make it.

On your website’s team page, your LinkedIn profiles, your annual reports, or your communication materials, these images are often the first ones people see. They offer an immediate impression of your company and help build trust with your clients, partners, and future talent.

Corporate photography: teams and workplace.

Our services go beyond corporate portraits. We also create a wider range of business photography: group photos, workplace shots, event coverage, and content for your company’s social media, among others.

The LakeProd studio and team.

LakeProd is a photo and video studio based in Nyon and Fribourg. We regularly work in Geneva, Lausanne, Neuchâtel, and more broadly across French-speaking Switzerland. Depending on your needs, the shoot can take place at our studio or on your premises.

Our clients.

We create corporate portraits and business photography for a wide range of organizations: startups, growing SMEs, and well-established companies. Each organization has its own needs, whether for team pages, executive portraits, or complete series of employee headshots.

At LakeProd, we also occasionally work with individuals, particularly for professional uses such as CVs and LinkedIn profiles.

In every case, we deliver consistent visuals with a cohesive look, ready to use across your communication channels.

Frequently asked questions about corporate portraits.

Studio or on-site: which should you choose?

A studio setting works well if you’re looking for a clean background, a highly consistent look, or a simple setup that’s easy to replicate. Shooting on your premises provides more context, which can be useful to showcase your work, culture, or environment. The right choice depends on the number of people, the time available, the location, and the image you want to convey.

What are photos used for on CVs, LinkedIn, websites, and social media?

On CVs and LinkedIn, your photo is often seen before the details of your experience. LinkedIn recommends using a high-resolution image that reflects who you are, with your face taking up a significant portion of the frame, and advises against using group photos as a profile picture. On a website or social media, these visuals help put faces to names and make interactions feel more direct.

Why invest in corporate photography?

Because a face is processed very quickly. Research shared by the Association for Psychological Science shows that certain first impressions are formed in as little as a tenth of a second, and Adobe highlights that a strong headshot serves as an immediate introduction. In a professional context, this enhances credibility and brings greater clarity to your communication.

How should you prepare for a photoshoot?

The simplest approach is to plan understated outfits, avoid bold patterns, and share practical information with your team in advance. Once the schedule is set, a reminder email is usually enough to confirm the location, dress code, and how the session will run. If needed, light hair and makeup touch-ups can also be arranged to ensure a consistent result throughout the day.

How does a photoshoot take place?

Corporate photography rarely starts with the click of the shutter. First, we define the tone, the angle, and the desired level of formality. During the shoot, we guide posture, gaze direction, hand placement, and eye alignment to create executive and employee portraits that remain natural, clear, and authentic.

Why work with a specialist rather than just using a camera?

A strong image doesn’t depend solely on the camera—or the latest iPhone. It primarily relies on expertise in lighting, framing, consistency from one person to another, and the ability to make people feel at ease. Equipment matters, of course, but what truly makes the difference is how the context is handled, the number of people involved, and the desired outcome.

What does post-production include?

Post-production involves adjusting exposure, colors, and minor imperfections without removing skin texture or hardening facial features. Adobe emphasizes the importance of subtle retouching to maintain a natural result. In terms of delivery, our photo studio also offers photo retouching services and sends high-definition (HD) files by email.

Do you also offer group photos, reportage, and workplace photography?

Yes. We can absolutely handle group photos, office views, event coverage, and additional content to support your visual communication needs.

Do you also work with individuals?

Yes, but in a different context. LakeProd already offers sessions for individuals in Nyon or Fribourg, for CV photos or LinkedIn profiles. By default, our “corporate portrait” service is primarily designed for companies and their communication needs. This helps clearly distinguish individual uses from dedicated corporate assignments.

How do you choose the right photographer in French-speaking Switzerland for this type of project?

Start by reviewing their work. A strong portfolio should include executive portraits as well as team images, a variety of shooting contexts, and a clear consistency in results. It’s also important to ensure the photographer can convey presence, expression, and authenticity, without distancing people from who they truly are.

What is your approach to corporate photography?

Our approach is based on a deep understanding of your project and your brand image. Each shoot is designed to reflect the personality of your teams while staying true to your visual identity. The goal is to create consistent visuals that integrate naturally into your brand universe and communication.

Do you offer product or e-commerce photography?

Yes, we also produce packshots and visuals for e-commerce. Whether it’s a product, a brand, or a lifestyle setup, each shot is carefully crafted to highlight quality and detail. Our expertise ensures clean, clear visuals tailored to your digital platforms (website, e-brochure, etc.).

Do you cover other types of corporate shoots?

Beyond portraits, we work on a wide range of projects. Our photographers are also specialized in architecture and high-end shoots designed to showcase a space or an activity. These images help tell your story, capture everyday moments, and offer a more complete view of your business.
